Box me in close as you wrap your tentacles tight you can't stew me like Ghormeh Sabzi , I will break free! And have my name etched across your squidly face stand and stare at our shows 'till they can pronounce it great! But if I could just put in work all day they see they never write a song like me But you know and I know that aint the truth with all the pleasures that you pursue and if I could do them all day I would I'd probably just be a lazy bum All my days go by but I'm just EATING DRINKING SMOKING A WHOLE LOTTA MONEY But if you live free ya can't but if you could it just might give you a chance to be what you were intended for.

I had a good time as a Young Buck 'till I ran outta luck

about

From the self-referencing self-aware quasi rap vocals delivery and jammy instrumental intro in "Intended For (Snoopy)" to the dark brooding car crash fatalism slow swinging "So Much Lil Sleep", the bright disco Tejano radio nostalgic remembering of " where were you on" 9/11 of "La Reina De Tejano", finishing with the title track "Young Buck"'s sad reminiscing of younger escapades jazz with the sexy sax solo, Young Buck is Strange Mother's debut EP, an variety show of uncountrollable external forces and internal recaps and old memories , a smorsgesbord of sounds and styles. It serves almost as a bibliography of music Cameron and Ariana grew up listening to - Selena, Jazz, Rap, Deerhoof, The Beatles, Early Marvin Gaye
